School Session & Timing

The new session will begin on the 1st of April and extend till the 31st of March of the following year. Four examinations will be conducted during the session: Periodic Test I in July, Term I Examination in September, Periodic Test II in December, and Term II Examination in March for Classes KG to IX and XI. For Classes X and XII, Pre-Board I will be held in September and Pre-Board II in December or January.

The School Timing will be:

School Rules For Fee

Tuition fees will be charged quarterly (in four installments) and must be paid by the 15th of the assigned month. A fine of ?200 will be charged for late payment after the due date. Fees for subsequent months will only be accepted along with any pending late fees. The bank will not accept fee deposits after the 15th of the respective month under any circumstances.


  1. Tuition fees for twelve months will be charged in four installments for all classes (July, September, November, and January).
  2. The name of a defaulter who fails to pay fees for two consecutive installments will be struck off the rolls and re-admission will be granted only after payment of outstanding dues along with ?1000 as re-admission charges.
  3. Fees must be deposited at the HDFC Bank branch located on Sheela Choudhary Main Road, Talwandi.
  4. If fees for multiple installments are deposited together (either pending or in advance), they must be submitted using a single slip.
  5. A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will not be issued unless all dues up to that month are cleared.
  6. ?1000 will be exempted if the full-year fee is paid in one lump sum by 31st July (up to Class X).
  7. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  8. There may be a nominal annual increase in school fees and other charges depending on institutional requirements.
  9. Original fee receipts should be preserved carefully for income tax rebate or reimbursement purposes.
